• Public Professional Data: We share publicly available information, such as LinkedIn profiles, with our clients. This is data that individuals have chosen to put online themselves for professional networking.

• Zero-Storage Policy for Public Data: When we share public profiles with clients, we do not store this information in our own systems. We act only as a bridge between the public profile and the potential employer.

• Direct Candidates: For candidates who apply to us directly or participate in our assessments, we collect names, contact info, CVs, and objective results.

• Business Partners: We store company details and professional contact info to manage our partnership.

3. Why we use your data

We use information to make hiring more objective. This includes:

• Matching candidates with the right roles based on their public professional presence or direct applications.

• Creating the insights you see in our Talent Dashboards.

• Communicating with you about our services.

4. How long we keep it

We do not believe in collecting data for the sake of it.

• Public Data: As mentioned, we do not store public profile data.

• Direct Applications: If there is no match for a direct applicant, we delete the data after 4 weeks.

• Talent Pool: If you want to stay on our radar, we keep your profile for 1 year with your permission.

• Business Records: We keep professional agreements as long as required by law.

5. Sharing your data

We never sell your data. We only share candidate information with clients to facilitate a potential hire. For direct applicants, we discuss this with you first. For public professional profiles (like LinkedIn), we share the link or public info directly with the client to assess a potential match.

6. You are in control

You have the right to manage your data at any time. You can contact us to:

• View the information we have stored.

• Update or correct your details.

• Request that we delete your data.
