Do you work on a no-cure-no-pay basis?

Yes, for the most part. We only invoice when results are achieved. The payment is split: 50% of the fee is invoiced upon the candidate’s written acceptance of the offer, and the remaining 50% only after the successful completion of the probationary period.

We offer a comprehensive guarantee scheme. If a placed candidate leaves within 6 months due to unsuitability or insufficient performance, we will recruit a suitable replacement for the same position free of charge.

No, we work with mutual exclusivity. This allows us to thoroughly research the market (which takes 2 to 3 weeks) and find the best available candidates, rather than focusing on speed at the expense of quality.

To offer the lower fee of 22.5%, we require a commitment of at least 4 vacancies. The fee is of the full-time gross annual salary, including holiday allowance. Variable rewards such as bonuses are not included in the calculation. Fixed, lower rates apply for interns.
